These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nunstar platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By accessing nunstar, you agree to be bound by these terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To be eligible to register and use nunstar, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
nunstar reserves the right to require documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Acceptable documents include government-issued Philippine IDs such as PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.
If nunstar discovers that a Player has misrepresented their age, all wagers placed by such Player shall be void, all winnings shall be forfeited, and any deposits shall be returned after deduction of all bonuses and processing fees, subject to applicable law.
Each eligible individual may open and maintain only one (1) Account on nunstar. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly notify nunstar of any changes via the account settings panel or by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. nunstar will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must not share your Account access with any other person. Any actions taken on your Account while you are logged in are deemed to have been authorised by you.
In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify nunstar immediately at the support contact provided in Section 14. nunstar's liability for losses arising from unauthorised access prior to your notification is limited as set forth in Section 9.
nunstar supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through licensed and approved payment channels, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of individual payment methods may change and is subject to updates published on the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. nunstar imposes no withdrawal fees on standard e-wallet transactions; however, banking and cryptocurrency network fees may apply and are outside nunstar's control.
All funds deposited into your nunstar Account are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made through cryptocurrency channels will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, nunstar may require the completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be withheld until satisfactory documentation is provided.
nunstar complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and all related AMLC regulations. Transactions meeting applicable reporting thresholds will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council as required by law. nunstar reserves the right to request documentation explaining the source of funds for large transactions.
nunstar may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload incentives, and loyalty rewards at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements (rollover), eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms: (a) bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn; (b) wagers on games with a house edge above 5% may be excluded or weighted differently toward wagering requirements; (c) bonus funds are played before real-money funds unless stated otherwise.
nunstar reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, system exploitation, multi-accounting, or any other prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
All games offered on nunstar are governed by the specific rules published within each game interface, supplemented by the general rules described in this Section. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the specific in-game rules shall prevail for matters relating solely to game mechanics; these Terms shall prevail for all other matters.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, wheels) operated by trained dealers in audited live studios. Software-based game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee individual session results.
Bets placed after the designated betting window has closed are void. Bets placed on events that have already concluded prior to placement, due to technical error or latency, are void. nunstar is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures outside its direct control, including mobile network outages, internet service interruptions, or device failures on the Player's end.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nunstar Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the nunstar Platform — including but not limited to the nunstar brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, video streams, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of nunstar or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of nunstar.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, nunstar's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or relating to use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nunstar shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity; (b) any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss; (c) losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; (d) losses arising from events outside nunstar's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or actions of third-party payment providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits nunstar's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
nunstar is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via Account Settings at all times:
nunstar will not knowingly permit any Player who has applied for self-exclusion to continue using the Platform. For further responsible gaming resources, please visit the nunstar Responsible Gaming page.
nunstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is reason to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) it is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any other competent authority; (c) a Player requests self-exclusion or permanent account closure; or (d) a Player's Account shows no activity for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months (dormant account).
Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC completion and after deduction of any amounts owed to nunstar. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact nunstar support as provided in Section 14. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and nunstar, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through nunstar's internal complaint process: submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the issue. nunstar will acknowledge the complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may escalate to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
nunstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nunstar will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the nunstar Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as provided in Section 11.

Correspondence relating to legal notices, regulatory matters, or formal dispute escalation should be submitted in writing to the email address above, clearly marked with the subject "Legal Notice" or "Formal Complaint" as applicable.
Every nunstar game is supplied by certified providers with published RTPs and independently audited RNG systems. No manipulation, no hidden edges beyond the published house advantage.
Player funds are maintained separately from nunstar's operational accounts. Your Real Money Balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to KYC completion requirements.
All bonus conditions, fees, and wagering requirements are published clearly before you commit. nunstar does not bury unfavourable conditions in obscure fine print.
